 Riggs Community Health Center relies heavily on volunteers, both on-site and off. Over 50 volunteers donate their time at the Center, while hundreds of area physicians provide medical care to Riggs CHC patients at little or no cost through Center referrals.
The contributions of time and talents are valuable to us at Riggs CHC. While federal, state, and local grants, the United Way and local donations support the Riggs Community Health Center, the Center is in continuous need of community volunteers. Hours are flexible and training is provided. We ask that all volunteers commit to a six month time period. If we are not contacted after two unknown absences volunteers will then be considered inactive. If you are interested in volunteering at Riggs CHC, check our current openings.
