Lafayette, Ind. -Riggs Community Health Center (Riggs CHC) welcomes two providers to the Riggs CHC family, and embraces their commitment to serving patients. Joining Riggs CHC is Family Practice Physician Juliana Gaeta, MD and Registered Dental Hygienist Autumn DeLey. 

 Dr. Gaeta received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 1997 and a her medical degree from Ross University in 2003.  She did her residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH.  Dr. Gaeta is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

 Autumn DeLey, RDH received a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan in 2009.  Ms. DeLey joins Riggs CHC's dental program. 

Established in 1988, Riggs CHC is a not-for-profit, federally qualified health center that provides quality health and dental care to area residents who have limited financial resources.

 Riggs CHC Medical Center is open Monday through Friday and extended hours are available on Saturdays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Riggs CHC is located at 1716 Hartford Street in Lafayette and its telephone number is 765.742.1567.
