What to Expect:

Riggs Community Health Center has an interactive interview process, which may be a combination of virtual, phone, or in-person interviewing. We strongly believe the interview process should be an open, informative, collaborative, and easy process for all parties involved. An up-front interviewing process allows for a better employment relationship for all. If you are invited to interview with a Riggs Community Health Center team member, you’ll be asked a series of both technical and behavioral type interview questions. A technical interview is skills-based and specific to the job you are applying for. Behavioral interviewing helps determine how you function in different employment situations, both good and bad. You’ll also be asked what questions you have, so please come prepared to ask us some questions if you want! A Riggs Community Health Center team member will also outline the complete details of employment with Riggs, from Culture to Compensation.
